Medellín al anochecer, con las luces del Valle de Aburrá encendidas entre las montañas

While you sleep, your listing keeps looking.

A portal waits for someone to show up and filter. Here three things work all day: pages that capture searches, an assistant that answers at any hour, and an engine that spots demand before it reaches your inbox.

Watch it happen

A hand-made example, not real data

What happens at three in the morning

  1. Your pages stay in Google

Someone in Miami looking for a furnished apartment in Laureles at three in the morning still finds it, and the form still works.

  2. The assistant answers

It understands what they want, checks the real inventory, and only shows what actually exists. If they leave their details, the inquiry lands in the panel with its summary already written.

  3. What they did not find gets logged

When a search comes back empty, the system saves it. That is the cleanest signal of missing inventory there is: somebody looked for it and it was not there.

Where the demand we spot comes from

Three layers of signal. None of them follows a person: it is aggregate, first-party or public data.

Google

What people search for in the area, at what volume, where we rank and which pages have room to improve. It comes from Search Console, which is your own account.

Your own site

Searches that returned nothing, filters that keep repeating, objections that come up again and again in the assistant's conversations.

Local market

Season, snow, long weekends, events. In Bariloche the year holds two different markets and the engine knows it.

How the score is built

Five dimensions, on a fixed formula. The system calculates the score; the AI only writes the explanation and the actions. You can open any opportunity and see where each number came from.

Demand
How many people search for it
Intent
Whether they want to transact or browse
Inventory
How many of your listings answer it
Season
Whether this is the moment in the year
Gap
How little of it is covered

And it ends in something to do

The engine separates two things people tend to confuse. If there is demand and you have listings that answer it, the opportunity is content: build the page and the area guide that answers it. If there is demand and you have nothing, the opportunity is acquisition: go get that inventory, and the panel tells you which and where.

What the engine does not do

  • · It does not follow people or buy databases. It works from aggregate signals, your own data and your Search Console account.
  • · It does not publish on its own: it proposes, and someone on your team approves before anything goes out.
  • · It does not invent listings or features. If it is not loaded, the assistant does not mention it.
  • · It does not guarantee rankings or sales. It tells you where demand is and what you have to answer it with.
